How the testing works

Each production batch is sampled and sent to an accredited independent laboratory (ISO 17025) for ICP-MS heavy-metal analysis. We test the finished blend — not just the raw cacao — so the numbers reflect exactly what's in your tin. Certificates of Analysis are linked per batch above; your tin's batch number is printed on the base.
